This role is focused on managing and improving CRM and loyalty marketing activities, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement, lifecycle communication, and data-driven marketing execution. The position combines hands-on operational delivery with strategic development of CRM processes, campaigns, and customer journeys.
The successful candidate would be responsible for:
- Building and optimising email marketing campaigns and loyalty communications
Managing CRM-driven customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns
Analysing customer data and campaign performance to improve engagement and retention
Supporting the technical rollout and enhancement of CRM capabilities
Developing dashboards, reporting, and segmentation using SQL and CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Working cross-functionally to improve customer experience and loyalty performance
