Become the driving force behind our customer interactions! Kia is looking for a proactive Coordinator CRM Communications who picks up and executes existing plans from our CRM strategy. The focus is on further developing and aligning CRM campaigns for various target groups and segments. Based on analyses, you come up with new ideas to captivate users, make them return and increase conversion. In addition to coming up withcreative ideas, you also ensure their implementation. You have excellent communication skills, both visually and in writing. Good planning and organization and the ability to carry out multiple activities simultaneously under pressure of deadlines are no problem for you, in fact, this is what gives you energy!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES | TASKS

• Setting up, launching and optimizing campaign flows (single shots, monthly newsletter and CLC) via email, app and Mijn Kia

• Devising and improving existing CRM-related processes, including content based on customer profiling

• Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences and purchases

• You perform testing on different types of content, from emails to push notifications, to continuously improve and innovate.

• Initiating and executing successful marketing and communication activities for the Ownership Experience department

• Monitor and report on current status of CRM programs and proactively advise on improvements

• Build strong relationships with all colleagues at KNL, KEU, dealers and with suppliers to ensure superior service

• Distribute and communicate gathered knowledge in order to take necessary actions based on 4 core sections: market, customers, competitors and technologies.

This makes it a very broad function, from analyzing and advising to creative thinking and actual implementation.

(Work) Experience:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of and experience with CRM & Loyalty marketing;

• Experience with Selligent Engage, Salesforce or a similar tool

• Knowledge of and experience with managing on- and offline marketing resources;

• Experience in Automotive is a plus but absolutely not required. We just love to hear and learn more from your experience.

Skills:

• Strong in segmentation, personalization and data-driven work.

• Familiar with email legislation (such as GDPR) and apply it correctly.

• Experience with analyzing campaign performance and know how to optimize.

• Strategically thinking, work in a structured way and enjoy building and testing yourself.

• Commercial understanding of corporate and operational business issues is needed

• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and oral

• Good presentation skills

• Creative mindset that matches our target group
