Will you join our team from August/September 2025 for a period of at least 5 months?
In this independent internship you will strengthen our CRM team of ICI PARIS XL Netherlands and you will be involved in all aspects of CRM campaigns. You will really participate and get a look behind the scenes of the CRM department at the largest and best perfumery chain in the Netherlands and the best Webshop Perfumery. You will get to experience everything: from email and direct marketing to the loyalty program and customer journeys!
Curious about what you will be doing during this internship?
- You support the team of CRM campaign specialists in setting up, executing and coordinating e-mail and direct mail campaigns. You will work with various departments for this.
- You perform campaign analyses using various tools and dashboards, including Excel.
- You monitor ongoing campaigns and promotions.
- You will be introduced to our Adobe Campaign selection tool for setting up email campaigns.
- You do not wait and make a proactive contribution to improvements to our loyalty program and campaigns.
- Do you need time for school assignments? Of course, there is that space too!

And furthermore…
- You are a 2nd or 3rd year HBO or WO student in Communication, Marketing or Commerce.
- You already have some internship or work experience (side job) in a fast-paced, commercial environment, preferably within retail.
- You have a perfect command of the Dutch language in speaking and writing.
- Do you already have experience with email marketing? Then you have an advantage!
- Knowledge of Excel is nice, as is an eye for detail. You are eager to learn and can’t wait to put the knowledge you have acquired into practice.
- And of course you feel at home in a world of luxurious cosmetics and beauty products.
