- Manage and optimise day-to-day loyalty programme operations across all channels and systems
- Serve as main point of contact for hotels: providing training, support, and motivation to maximise programme performance
- Maintain and improve systems and processes (e.g. member communications, enrolment, point redemption, tier management)
- Monitor KPIs and member engagement; identify trends and opportunities to improve programme results
- Act as the voice of the member in internal discussions to ensure guest-centric operationsIdentify and lead improvements to streamline operations and automate manual processes
