We are looking for a Senior CRM Coordinator based in our London Head Office.

About the Job

Supporting the Head of CRM & Consumer Data to deliver a compelling omnichannel CRM customer activation and retention strategy which increases engagement, retention and CLTV. Managing execution of all automated lifecycle campaigns, reporting on performance and analysing customer drivers and behaviours to deliver key commercial targets. Working closely with the CRM and Digital teams, you’ll support revenue and engagement goals, manage relationships with partners like Wunderkind, and enhance the Club Clarins loyalty programme. You’ll also play a key role in identifying CRM innovations and supporting omnichannel initiatives to drive customer

About you:

Commercially aware with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends
Highly organised, able to multi-task and adapt to last-minute or shifting priorities

Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty

Essential qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ CRM experience in a retail / e-commerce environment
Proven experience in creating email campaign, including triggered multi-touch journeys across email and other CRM channels
Able to confidently draw strategic conclusions and recommendations from data
Strong storytelling and copy writing skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with loyalty programmes preferred but not essential
