What you’ll be doing:

Win high-value deals with global brands across FMCG, retail, finance, telco, and more
Own your pipeline end-to-end — from outreach to close
Drive both short-term campaigns and long-term loyalty programs
Lead strategic conversations with C-suite and senior marketers
Launch go-to-market strategies to grow our presence in Italy
Use data and insights to craft ROI-focused solutions
Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless execution
Turn wins into long-term partnerships and account growth
Shape TLC’s strategy alongside leadership
Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous, scale-up environment
Own your targets — report on pipeline, forecasting, and performance

Proven closer with a track record of 6–7 figure deal
Strategic, commercially savvy, and growth-minded
Confident with C-suite and senior decision-makers
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ownership
