WE ARE HIRING A STRATEGIC PLANNER (FTC)

TLC Worldwide is the world’s leading rewards platform, helping global brands connect with customers through experiences, instead of discounts. Founded in London in 1991, we’ve grown to 14 global hubs, using our COSMOS™ Insights to match the perfect experiences to each consumer.

We celebrate wins together, value innovation, accountability, and focus on creating stakeholder value with honest communication and attention to detail. We share the same growth mindsets and ambition to make sure our tech and data keep getting better and providing our clients with deeper, AI-powered insights and analytics from our tech and data.

We believe in the power of in-person collaboration that creates our TLC magic, but we do offer the flexibility you need to maintain work-life balance.

If you thrive in an energetic environment where everyone’s ideas count, TLC Worldwide is where you belong!

TLC Owner’s Club – Everyone that is part of the TLC experience contributes to our success, which is why we all own a piece of TLC as part of our share holder scheme
As our Strategic Planner, you’ll champion the discipline of strategy across the business, focusing on three core pillars:
Insight Generation – uncovering what truly drives consumer behaviour
Creative Briefing – translating insights into inspiring direction
Evaluation – ensuring our work delivers measurable impact

What you’ll be doing:
Build a culture of research-led consumer insight that fuels creative excellence
Guide clients on what to measure and how to measure it—and ensure it gets done
Establish best-practice processes from client brief to pitch
Create tools (briefs, templates, examples) that make strategy accessible and actionable
Lead training and education across the agency to embed strategic thinking
Speak the client’s language—positioning TLC as a credible strategic partner
Collaborate closely with Sales and Creative to align with the TLC business model
Demonstrate your impact—know your contribution to ROI
Who we’re looking for:
Experience in research, planning, or strategy within integrated marketing or brand experience
Strong understanding of brands, consumers, and client dynamics
Excellent English and communication skills
A client-facing mindset with sound business judgment
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Curious about people, culture, and what makes brands tick
Media-savvy and always exploring new trends and platforms
Sceptical of assumptions—you follow hunches and prove them
Commercially astute, pragmatic, and adaptable
Passionate about making strategy simple, powerful, and effective
Being a people-led business, we hire upon values and believe that our people are what make the beloved TLC culture so unique.

At TLC we aim to create a ‘world within the world’ that is free from prejudice, bias and inequity.

A world where diversity is valued and celebrated, and where we work hard to ensure all our wonderful people are given equal opportunity to succeed.
