Driving growth through loyalty for garden retailers
Spring Marketing is a boutique agency specialising in delivering marketing strategy powered by data-led insights from loyalty programmes for garden centres across the UK. We are a small, ambitious, and creative team, celebrating 21 years of trading in February 2026. Over two decades, we have built a reputation for combining deep sector expertise with innovative thinking to help garden retail businesses grow through smarter, more effective marketing.
We are proud to work with some of the most forward-thinking garden retail clients in the industry who share our passion for ROI, customer understanding, and bold, innovative campaigns. Our work is built on collaboration: a dynamic exchange of ideas, insight, and shared learning across our client base that continually raises the bar for what loyalty-driven marketing can achieve. With our next-level business plan ready to launch, we are now seeking an experienced Loyalty & Customer Strategist to help us accelerate the impact of data insights transforming them into industry-leading, actionable, and measurable marketing strategies that drive real commercial results.
You’ll dig into loyalty and customer data to spot patterns, behaviours, and opportunities, then translate those insights into smart, practical recommendations that improve the loyalty programme performance of ur clients. From shaping strategic thinking to preparing clear, confident client reports and action plans, you’ll help our clients understand not just what is happening with their customers but what to do next.
You’ll play a hands-on role in bringing loyalty campaigns to life across email, META, and other customer channels. That means supporting campaign planning, briefing designers, managing creative workflows, and keeping things moving from idea through to execution. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to make sure campaigns stay aligned to strategy, objectives, and timelines while maintaining a strong eye for relevance, consistency, and impact.
Just as importantly, you’ll be a confident face of Spring in client meetings by presenting work, contributing ideas, and representing the business with credibility and warmth. This is a role for someone who’s comfortable juggling multiple work streams and clients, enjoys working autonomously, and is excited to grow their own strategic output in loyalty, CRM, and lifecycle marketing within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
A degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy or a related field – or equivalent work-based experience and 3+ years experience and expertise in loyalty programmes, with a solid understanding of rewards systems.
