Overview:

My client is a leading data-driven marketing company based in the Southwest, renowned for
helping their brands connect meaningfully with their audiences. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of CRM to lead our CRM department and drive impactful customer engagement strategies for our clients.

This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on
CRM expertise, and excellent client relationship management skills. The successful
candidate will be instrumental in mapping customer journeys, building and refining
audience segmentation strategies, and transforming customer data into actionable insights.
You will also work closely with internal teams to inspire innovation and deliver brand
campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the client’s CRM strategy across multiple brands
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns
Map and enhance customer journeys to maximise engagement and ROI
Create and implement sophisticated segmentation strategies
Translate customer data into actionable insights to inform strategy
Manage and nurture key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Lead and motivate internal teams to deliver best-in-class CRM work
Ensure CRM strategies are aligned with broader marketing goals
Stay current on CRM trends, tools, and best practices

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Proven experience in a senior CRM or lifecycle marketing role
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation
Comfortable interpreting data to guide campaign strategy and performance
Experience in CRM campaign planning and strategic development
Experience in a marketing agency setting is highly desirable
Strong client-facing skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach
Leadership experience managing teams and mentoring talent
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Braze, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
